All products ship from our distribution facilities in Sydney, Australia.

Estimated Shipping Time:
This varies depending on the region but is generally 2-5 business days for Australia, New Zealand and East Asia, 5-10 business days for North America and Europe and 10-20 business days for the rest of the world.

For products in stock, we usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. For pre-orders shipping time commences after manufacturing has finished.

Taxes, Customs and Duties:
Some parts of the world may incur additional charges in the form of taxes, customs and duties. Unless stated, Bellpont will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer. If you’d like to find out more please email our support team.

Returns:
Bellpont will accept for returns items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 30 days of the order ship date. A full refund will be provided upon receipt of the item. They will be made in the form of the original payment method. 

How to Return Your Order:
Contact us via our email or contact form with your order number and the item you want to return. Please ensure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit. Items must be returned in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5 business days.
